She is the author of Notes on Love: being single and dating in a marriage-obsessed church and the upcoming Notes on Feminism: Being a woman in a male-led church. Justin and Belle chat with Lauren about her own story of addiction, recovery and faith, the intersection between Christianity and feminism from her perspective within the church, and the pervasive questions being asked by today’s culture.
