Pawel Puczkarski is an MPLS Enterprise and Innovation Fellow, researcher and tutor at Oxford University. His work bridges academia, scientific industry, and science policy, with a focus on building meaningful connections between these communities to foster a more resilient and effective innovation ecosystem in the UK and Europe. Passionate about mentoring early-career researchers, Pawel embraces a broader vision of scientific success — one that values communication, collaboration, and strategic insight alongside technical expertise. He completed his DPhil in quantum electronic devices in the group of prof Andrew Briggs, followed by postdoctoral research in biosensing at the Chemistry Department in Oxford.
Prof. Michał Łuczewski is a sociologist and psychologist, and heads IDEAS Lab at the University of Warsaw. He is Co-founder of LEAD. School of Experiences. For the past fifteen years, he has designed and led international leadership programmes in Poland, Granada and Oxford, blending inner formation with public responsibility.
He previously served on Poland’s Presidential National Development Council and the national COVID-19 Advisory Board.
Following the late British sociologist David Martin, he works at the intersection of sociology and theology, developing socio-theology – a project that uncovers the implicit theologies of secular modernity and the metaphysical assumptions behind social science. In his programmes designed for Christians, he invites leaders to lead from their true Source.
